yesterday.. finally i'm back to training.. my team mates got a shock of their life esp. zu when i reach to the trainning ground.. haha.. feel like hugging them but we're juz shaking hands... haizz.. feel akward.. then got to know they registered for the challenge cup.. i was like damn.. am i too late..?? but my coach juz ask me to bring 4 passport photo and a photocopy of ic.. haha.. i dunno they gonna register me or not.. if not i juz see their games and support them by the bench.. lol.. have to wait for the womens league.. gonna train hard.. there new ppl in, see them so good.. i think i dun have any chance to play.. uugh.. damn.. gonna train very2 hard.. yesterday training was like shit.. it's been a long time since i run and u know what.. my coach, that matnoor ask to run and run and run..non-stop of running.. we can't play coz the field is floaded wif the rain water.. our training yesterday is all about running.. tiring.. i was so clever that before i go training, i go eat ALOT..!! and when time to train feel like vomitting..coz too 'kenyang'(full) and all the running make me sick.. all the way jogging, sprinting, pacing, runing up and down the stairs and the slopes.. bleh sempot sak.. luckily i dun have one.. but after all i feel good.. finally it's been a long time when i really perspire..aaaaa... but my leg tired.. really tired.. i think i gonna get leg cramp.. coz u know why..?? i didn't do my cooling down exercise properly.. shit man..
